Professional Development
The Professional Development Core provides training and education to support early-stage clinician-scientists.
The LCTRC strives to provide education and training at all points along the continuum for all who participate in translational science. Our programs provide education and training that begins with medical students and extends beyond postdoctoral training to include seminars and career development for faculty and staff.
Highlights of our program offerings are shown below.
Nature Masterclasses
University of Louisville students, faculty, and staff can take any course available through Nature Masterclasses with new account registration using their Louisville.edu email.
INSPIRE: Clinical Trials Day Forum, May 20
INSPIRE is a quarterly forum for university updates and scientific collaboration. On May 20, we will kick off the forum on Clinical Trials Day, an opportunity to give recognition of all that has been accomplished thanks to clinical trials and the people behind them. We will also introduce the ISCORE program for CRCs. Celebrate with us on May 20, 2025 in CTRB 101/102.
